With and Without Bounds

One of the more expansive portions of both Wake County, North Raleigh offers its home buyers some of the best and most diverse living you’ll find anywhere. The variety of neighborhoods and amenities present here run the proverbial gamut and will do nothing short of impress you. Many residents find that no matter what their tastes are in home design, amenities, or local conveniences it’s just flat out hard to beat North Raleigh.

At one time defining the borders of what is considered to be North Raleigh was fairly easy. However, as the area has exploded with growth due to it’s location and landscapes, it’s become more and more difficult to assess where it begins and ends. That is a testament to how new residents see this as a mecca of sorts and are migrating accordingly.

For all intensive purposes, North Raleigh is located north of I-440, east of Glenwood, and west of Capital Blvd. There are residents who see slightly different borders, but, this is a good “soft” view on where the lines are drawn.
