After just three years in the real estate business, I opened Pace Realty Group in 2002. After several successful years of running my own company and being a multi-million dollar producer in the Triangle real estate market,  I decided to take a leap of faith and merge with a large company.  As of September 2006, we joined forces with Keller Williams Realty.  I had been modeling their philosophy for the past few years and decided to take it one step further and become part of the Keller Williams family.  The largest advantage to joining Keller Williams Realty is for our agents to expand their knowledge and education on the latest current real estate trends and information through their comprehensive training programs.  Our team is comprised of five members that handle every aspect of a real estate transaction in order to ensure that all details are met. 

Raised in Smithfield, I attended The University of North Carolina at Charlotte and earned a bachelor degree in 1992.  I hold a Real Estate Brokers License and the designations of Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Residential Specialist and Graduate Realtor Institute. 

I became interested in real estate in the late 1990’s while buying and remodeling homes to sell for profit. Feeling like I was not receiving adequate representation from my Realtors, I decided to get my license.  These experiences lead to our team philosophy based on customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations.

As a Broker with Keller Williams Realty, my focus on the Pace Realty Group team is to support our Sales Associates in Client Services.  We provide the tools and experience needed in order to make your home transition as smooth as possible.  

After opening Pace Realty Group, we found a strong pull into property management after selling several investment properties to our clients and Pace Realty Group Property Management was born.  We take the responsibility of managing the multiple aspects that come along with investment real estate out of the hands of property owners.  We are the liaison between owners and tenants.

I moved to the Raleigh area in 2001. I was born in Chicago, IL but was raised mainly in the Southeast. I graduated from Appalachian State University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Textiles and a double minor in Marketing and Management. My background includes extensive customer service and sales with various companies. As a Retail Store Manager for over 10 years, I was responsible for maintaining a superior level of excellence from my staff as well as myself. After moving to Raleigh, I represented Erie Insurance as a property and liability agent. After writing numerous homeowners policies, I developed a thorough understanding of home appraisals and property values. This opportunity helped me gain valuable tools that I utilize on a daily basis in real estate. I have been a Buyer Specialist with Pace Realty Group since April 2004. Purchasing a home can be both stressful and exciting at the same time. Since my focus is concentrated solely on buyers, I have the experience and knowledge as a Realtor to educate you on the entire home buying process. My goal is to provide quality service and share my enthusiasm for this business with you.
