    John Pace is President and CEO of Pace Realty Group a Top Producing Real Estate Team in Raleigh, NC since 2002.  John has served on the Keller Williams Agent Leadership Council of one of the largest Real Estate Companies in the Triangle with over 140 associates. He is an active member of the Raleigh Association of REALTORS Top Producer's Council.  He was elected for a consecutive two year term to the Board of Realtors of the Raleigh Association in 2010. John enjoys investing in the local market and owns a Property Management Company managing over 100 residential properties and 4 business parks.  He earned a Bachelor's Degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and has the following Real Estate designations: The Accredited Buyer’s Representative Designation (ABR), The Graduate Realtor Institute Designation (GRI), and the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).

     John is active in his community and has been a member of The Rotary Club of the Capital City since 2005.   He is a contributor in both monetary and time commitments to KW Cares, which is a public charity created to find and serve the higher purpose of business through charitable giving in the Market Centers and communities where Keller Williams associates live and work. John's real estate team serves the homeless once a quarter at the Shepherd's Table Soup Kitchen.

     John attributes his success to his learning based philosophy, hard work, integrity and dedication to his clients. This relationship has helped build John's client base, and referrals continue to be the backbone of PRG with his “Client for Life” business model.  John also has a passion for teaching and training others to reach their full potential by providing structure, education, guidance and support to Real Estate professionals. He is a mentor in the office and was awarded the Mr. Keller Williams Award based on his commitment to the Market Center and his fellow colleagues. He aspires to delve more into the field of personal and professional coaching in the near future. John has been happily married for twelve years and has two precious children eight and ten years of age.  Real Estate can be a seven day a week business, so he values spending time with family and friends. He also enjoys his weekly Bible Study Fellowship with BSF International, and his kid’s many activities including Y-Guides and Princesses, Salvation Army and YMCA Athletics.

    As a Broker with Keller Williams Realty, my focus on the Pace Realty Group team is to support our Sales Associates in Client Services.  We provide the tools and experience needed in order to make your home transition as smooth as possible.  

    After opening Pace Realty Group, we found a strong pull into property management from our investor clients and Pace Realty Group Property Management was born.  We take the responsibility of managing the multiple aspects that come along with investment real estate out of the hands of property owners.  We are the liaison between owners and tenants.  

    On the personal front, I was born in Chicago, IL but was raised in the Southeast.  I attended Appalachian State University in Boone, NC where I earned a business degree in 1992.  I moved to Raleigh in 1997 and have been married to John Pace since February of 2000.  We have two children, Jackson & Ava.

    Nothing gives me more pleasure than helping my buyers find ”the one.”  No, I’m not talking about a significant other.  I’m talking about a home around which you build your life: where you feel comfortable, where you become part of a community, and build your personal wealth. 

    How do I do this?  By carefully listening to my buyers wants and needs, and taking that into the real estate marketplace where, not only have I have lived my entire life, but that I study on a daily basis. 

    I pride myself in providing top-notch communication and professionalism throughout the entire home buying process.  Over the last 8 years, I have specialized in helping first time homebuyers, relocation buyers, move up buyers, as well as with buyers who are building their dream home.  My goal is to make my clients’ home buying experience so easy and hassle free that they keep coming back to me with all of their home buying and selling needs (and referring all of their friends and family to me!). 

    I graduated with honors from NC State University in 2000 with a BS in Business Management.  Since entering the real estate field, I’ve committed to ongoing education, both through earning my EcoBroker designation, as well as continuous industry training programs.  

    When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Craig, and our 2 amazing children: my 5 year old daughter and my 2 year old son.

    Being a Raleigh native and a Real Estate Broker go hand in hand for me as I work to provide my clients with the best of both worlds! As a native of the Triangle area I pride myself in not only knowing the ins and outs of our marketplace but also the knowledge of how much the Triangle has changed and how wonderful it is to call it home!

    My top priority in working with buyers is to listen to their wishes for their dream home and make a commitment to help them find just the right one.  My job is not done until my clients are completely satisfied!

    Over the past 5 + years I have specialized in helping first time homebuyers, buyers that are relocating, or buyers that are just moving down the street.  I have worked closely with new home builders and understand the home building process, the joys and the challenges and can help my buyers through the entire process.

    When not working I enjoy attempting to play golf, spending time with my husband, Seth and my two wonderful daughters Hannah and Taylor.
